Investment property administration
DATEA administers investment properties for a number of pension funds, real estate businesses and private owners. We are in charge of the administration of some 500 properties consisting of well over 5,000 condominiums and commercial premises with a floorage of 2 million m².

Administration of condominiums and housing cooperatives
DATEA administers 120 condominium associations with more than 4,000 units and 200 housing cooperatives with 8,000 apartments, which makes us one of Denmark’s largest housing managers. Sheer size is one of the reasons that we are able to provide each housing society with efficient property management.

DATEA’s project planning department provides consulting and management services in connection with large construction projects.
Our services range from new building projects to refurbishment of existing buildings in the form of extensions or conversions and interior improvements.

Modern property management involves more than just handling the paperwork and taking care of bookkeeping and accounting. Day-to-day operations are equally important.
