About us
DATEA is one of the largest property management businesses in Denmark.

DATEA – facts and figures

DATEA's head office with 275 employees is located in Copenhagen, and another 25 colleagues work in our branch office in Aarhus in West Denmark.
DATEA manages more than 1,800 properties stretching over 3 million m² and 21,500 apartments in rental property and housing cooperatives. DATEA’s major clients include pension funds and our parent company of course.

Full-service property managers
DATEA is a full-service property management company providing all the services required for the day-to-day running of a property. We also provide leasing and renting services, assistance in legal matters and shopping center management.
Our specialized professional services cover aspects such as valuation, building and quantity surveying as well as planning.
Our aim is to generate value for our clients. By reducing overheads we improve the overall economy of your property, and we plan operation and maintenance to prevent dilapidation and value loss.
DATEA offers a wide range of property management services. You may choose either to avail yourself of one or two of our services or prefer a full-service solution, tailored to match your specific requirements.

DATEA is a 100%-owned subsidiary of DADES, which is amoung the largest privately owned real estate business in Denmark. DADES’ property stock is worth more than 15 billion Danish kroner and a stockholders’ equity of almost 5 billion Danish kroner.
